Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance whenever available. Shipping insurance may provide coverage for packages that are lost or damaged during transit due to carrier-related issues. Any applicable shipping claim should be filed with the carrier.

Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, iMakeUpMe is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged while in the possession of the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. iMakeUpMe is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Please Read Before Ordering Body Butters

During periods of extreme heat and high temperatures, iMakeUpMe body butters may arrive softened, melted, or in a liquefied state due to the temperature conditions experienced during shipping.

This does not mean your body butter is defective. Our body butters are made with natural butters and oils that can soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures.

What Should I Do If My Body Butter Arrives Melted?

No worries! Your body butter can still be used.

  1. Stir the contents of the container thoroughly.

  2. Place the container in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours or longer if needed.

  3. Allow the product to completely solidify before removing it from the refrigerator.

  4. Once solid, allow it to return to room temperature before use.

Please understand that melting and re-solidifying may slightly change the texture or appearance of the body butter. This does not necessarily affect the quality or usability of the product.

By purchasing during periods of extreme heat, you acknowledge that temperature-related changes may occur during shipping.
